CLI, stdio, and scaffold fixes

Patch release for the v2 SDK, CLI, client, and project scaffolds.

Fix (client): child-process stderr is piped to errlog by default as documented; StdioConnector and StdioServerConfig now expose stderr: "pipe" | "inherit" | "ignore" for explicit control (#2086)
Fix (client): stdio MCP servers configured with explicit environment variables no longer inherit the full parent process environment (#2125)
Fix: mcp-use typecheck prints a successful no-errors line, and mcp-use start --with-inspector prints the mounted Inspector URL (#2099, #2100)
Fix (@mcp-use/cli): package-manager arguments are forwarded correctly to development commands (#2124)
Fix (create-mcp-use-app): generated app templates no longer include a stale main field and retain their distinct descriptions (#2085)
Update: Updated @mcp-use/inspector to v20.0.5, @mcp-use/cli to v4.0.1, and create-mcp-use-app to v2.0.1

Major release migrating the SDK to the official MCP TypeScript SDK v2.

Breaking: @mcp-use/client and @mcp-use/agent are ESM-only and require Node 22.22.2 or newer; CommonJS entry points are no longer published
New (client): HTTP connections negotiate the protocol automatically, using the modern server/discover flow when available and transparently falling back to the legacy handshake
New (client): OAuth, connectors, sessions, useMcp, reverse requests, and browser/Node runtimes are rebuilt on @modelcontextprotocol/client; the root entry selects a browser-safe or Node-enabled implementation by environment
New (server): the fetch-native server runtime adds typed MCP middleware and observers, Hono integration, OAuth providers, OpenAPI generation, Next.js mounting, and MCP Apps views
New: the CLI builds external hashed view assets by default, supports inline builds, inspector-aware production builds, tunnels, and mcp-use typecheck
Update: Updated @mcp-use/inspector to v20.0.0, @mcp-use/cli to v4.0.0, @mcp-use/client and @mcp-use/agent to v2.0.0, and create-mcp-use-app to v2.0.0
